What are the services you assist with?

We currently provide complete administrative support for our medical professionals. From managing all incoming and out going calls, diary management for multiple locations, handling all correspondence, operations lists and liaising with the hospitals, all inpatient and outpatient billings and we can coordinate rep lunches and marketing.

If you are seeking more specific administrative tasks, not the full package we can definitely provide this to you.

What systems do you work with?

The clinical software we have extensive experience with is Clinic to Cloud, Gentu, Halaxy, Nookal, Best Practice and Zedmed.

We can support your Practices through financial platforms such as xero. MVP have the ability to learn and adapt if your clinical software is not shown above. 

I may only work part time within private practice will that be an issue?

We support multiple doctors who work part time within private practice. This is not an issue at all, depending on what type of agreement you would like. For example our full time service is 15% of billing receipted. If it was not possible for you to work for the month we will continue to support your Practice with administrative tasks. And the next month if you work we will be paid based on your work billed.

If you were to go with an hourly rate option you have the ability to flex up and down based on your needs.

Have you got experience with setting up new Practices?

Yes we do, a lot of our medical professionals who come onboard are usually in the transition of setting up a new Practice. We have the skills to support a new Practice set up from building relationships with the hospitals and consulting rooms, setting up health funds, supporting you in building your reputation within the community, creating streamlined procedures and setting up clinical software's to fit your needs.

If my circumstances change am I locked into a contract?

Our agreements are very flexible, we just ask for 30 days notice this will allow us to coordinate your schedule and communicate to your patients. This will avoid any issues with your Practice going forward.
